Going Forward Productions, LLC is  an established film and television production/distribution company in Los Angeles (8 features films in worldwide distribution, 1 television series on Nickelodeon and Amazon Prime), operated by IU telecomm alum David Hillenbrand,

Interns who join the program learn how to utilize online editing tools on google/youtube, enhancing and editing content (television series from around the world that are under license) to modify, create subclips, and metatag the content for purposes uniquely targeted to the needs of a large MCN (multi-channel network).  As part of the program, Interns may also gain experience working with local editing systems including Final Cut Pro, Avid, and/or Adobe Premiere to create clips from the series to segment and aggregate the content as part of the MCN.  Protocols for the project are constantly evolving as we develop new ideas to efficiently subclip, metatatag, and maximize SEO with respect to the content.   Interns can work remotely on campus and have one-on-one interaction with supervisor via phone, email, and Skype.

Casting Call: Stardust & Moonbeams

Posted: February 3, 2015 by joshuasites in Jobs
The woman is behind the camera.  The man is in front of it.  Sparks will fly.  Think smart, fun, and sexy.  Think sexual equality.  Ladies, it’s time to ‘Grab the Camera – Change the View.’  It’s the late 1920s yet very much about today.  We are women filmmakers.
1) New casting call!  We need a new LEAD ACTRESS – this is the co-lead role of Beth Delkit Townsend (30, dark hair) (considering mid 20s – early 30s).  The full casting call for Beth can be found at our Facebook page:
Self-taped auditions will be by invitation.  A final audition with our lead actor will be required.
2) Still looking for the supporting role of Cherilyn Sykes Fitzsimmons (29, any hair color) (considering early 20s – early 30s but must look at least mid 20s):
Cherilyn is Beth’s friend. She’s a feminist, belonging to a birth control rights group like the other 2 women in the film, but she’s not as radical as Beth. She’s married (her husband doesn’t appear). Her youngest of 3 siblings, Matt Sykes, 16, is visiting from out of town. Their mother died when he was born, her doctor giving no contraception or information to prevent a dangerous last pregnancy. This motivates Cherilyn’s birth control work. Requires smoking an herbal cigarette as if it’s a tobacco cigarette.
Self-taped auditions will be by invitation. We will cast off the self-taped audition.
Expected rehearsal/shoot dates:  March 27-31, 2015
All interior at Farmer House Museum, Bloomington, Indiana
Roles are PAID, plus meals, copy, credit, and lodging and travel stipend if needed.  Send headshot, resume, and any links to
