JOB TITLE: Client Services Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing
REPORTS TO: Marketing Director
FLSA STATUS: Full-time
JOB FUNCTION: Manage advertiser client campaigns
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute any and all advertising campaign elements
- Interface with clients and internal staff
- Assist Account Executives with various tasks
- Greet and service callers and visitors at front desk
DUTIES
- Complete and submit digital and promotional forms
- Gather campaign details from clients
- Submit campaign details for internal processing
- Enter sales orders into Wide Orbit
- Track copy needs
- Make collection inquiries
- Create proposals and campaign recaps
- Work from front desk three half days/week
- Answer phones; greet visitors and service prize winners
- Follow up on details with clients and internal staff
- Attend necessary internal meetings
EXPERIENCE
Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent organization, communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task and take initiative
Strong problem solving skills
