JOB TITLE: Client Services Coordinator                                     

DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

FLSA STATUS: Full-time

JOB FUNCTION: Manage advertiser client campaigns

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute any and all advertising campaign elements
  • Interface with clients and internal staff
  • Assist Account Executives with various tasks
  • Greet and service callers and visitors at front desk

DUTIES

  • Complete and submit digital and promotional forms
  • Gather campaign details from clients
  • Submit campaign details for internal processing
  • Enter sales orders into Wide Orbit
  • Track copy needs
  • Make collection inquiries
  • Create proposals and campaign recaps
  • Work from front desk three half days/week
  • Answer phones; greet visitors and service prize winners
  • Follow up on details with clients and internal staff
  • Attend necessary internal meetings

EXPERIENCE

Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent organization, communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, multi-task and take initiative

Strong problem solving skills
