Intensive Freshman Seminar (IFS) intern needed

Susan Kelly is teaching an Intensive Freshman Seminar this summer (2011) and is looking for an intern.

Required Training:

IFS Student Staff training begins in the spring semester with approximately three required evening workshops (3/1, 3/8, 3/22) and a half-day Saturday retreat in April (4/9). Specific times and locations will be announced later in the fall semester. All staff members also participate in one week of required, intensive training during the week before IFS begins (week of July 25).

Summer Commitment:

Monday, July 25 through Friday, August 19, 2011. All staff members are required to live in the residence hall throughout training and during IFS. All staff members must move out of the residence hall by 11am on Friday, August 19.

Compensation:

Free room from July 25 through August 19 A combination of meal points and stipend approximately equivalent to $700; staff members have input on what range of meal points they will receive (details given in interviews).
