Internship (video photography and video editing skills) Opportunity with the City of Bloomington

The City of Bloomington Office of the Mayor is looking for an intern with strong communications, video photography and video editing skills to work approximately 10 hours per week. The Everybody’s Bloomington Video Intern will primarily be responsible for setting up taping opportunities with community members, drafting questions and driving content of interviews, operating a standard personal camcorder, and editing videotaped footage using iMovie or similar video-editing software.

Qualifications: The Everybody’s Bloomington Video Intern position requires strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong familiarity and experience with video editing and recording. Applicants will need to communicate in a professional manner, coordinate schedules, direct interviews and have a flexible work schedule.
